Do you only cater to Indian citizens?
Not at all. We have a wide network of Indian, NRI, and foreign-based profiles, making us ideal for global Indians looking for serious, compatible matches.
Can families be involved in the matchmaking process?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage family involvement wherever required. We understand the importance of cultural values, family compatibility, and traditions in Indian marriages.
How many matches will I receive in a month?
We don’t believe in quantity—we focus on quality matches based on your preferences. On average, our clients receive 2–4 curated proposals per month, depending on the package selected
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. 100% confidentiality is our policy. Your personal details are never shared without your consent, and all communication is handled with discretion.
What happens if I don’t find a match within my package duration?
We aim to deliver results within the timeframe, but matchmaking is a personal journey. You may choose to upgrade or extend your membership at a discounted renewal rate.
What payment options are available?
We accept bank transfers, UPI, and digital payments. EMI options may be available for higher-tier packages on request.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Since matchmaking involves time, human effort, and personalized services, we do not offer refunds once a package is activated. However, we’re always available to support, resolve concerns, or upgrade your plan.
